Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Think Elevated LLC collects when you visit thinkelevated.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how you can request changes or deletion. It applies to this website only. If you become a client, your engagement is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement that takes precedence over this policy where the two overlap.
Who we are
Think Elevated LLC is a Delaware limited liability company located at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #18259, Newark, DE 19702, USA. For any questions about this policy or to exercise your rights, write to privacy at thinkelevated dot com.
We are the data controller for the information described below. We have no parent company, no holding entity, and no advertising partners.
What we collect
We collect two categories of personal data, and only these two.
1. Information you give us through the contact form
When you submit our contact form, we ask for:
- Name and email (required)
- Company name and phone number (optional)
- What you're trying to do (free-text message)
- Service interest, budget band, and timeline (optional, multiple choice)
We also record the page you submitted from, your referrer, your user agent string, and your IP address at the moment of submission. The IP is one-way hashed before storage; the raw value never lands on disk.
2. Information we collect automatically
When you visit any page, our server records:
- An anonymous visitor ID stored in a first-party
te_anoncookie (random UUID, no personal information) - The page path and query string
- Your referrer (if any)
- Your user agent (browser + OS)
- Your IP address — hashed before storage; we additionally store an approximate country, region, and city derived from the IP via a local lookup. We do not retain the raw IP.
- Your viewport size (for layout debugging)
We do not run third-party analytics scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Mixpanel, or any similar service. The analytics described above are first-party, stored in our own database, and never shared.
Why we collect it

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell it. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not train AI models on it.

Backups are retained for 30 days and follow the same retention rules on restore.
Who has access
Inside Think Elevated, only authorised team members with a business reason can access contact submissions and analytics. Access is logged.
We use the following subprocessors to operate the site:

If we add or change a subprocessor we will update this list at least 30 days before they go live. We will never transfer your data to a subprocessor that doesn't sign a written data-processing agreement at least as protective as this policy.
International transfers, when they occur, rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) or equivalent safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that's inaccurate
- Delete your data (the "right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the legal basis)
- Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority
To exercise any of these, email privacy at thinkelevated dot com from the address you used to contact us, or from any address with enough detail to identify your record. We'll respond within 30 days, usually faster.
California residents: you have the additional rights granted by the CCPA / CPRA, including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We don't sell or share personal data in the CCPA sense.
Cookies
We use only the cookies strictly necessary to run the site. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to disable them.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone in that age range. If you believe a child has submitted information through the contact form, write to privacy at thinkelevated dot com and we'll delete it on receipt.
Security
We host on infrastructure with industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Passwords for the internal admin area are stored as Argon2id hashes. The contact form has rate limiting, IP hashing, and a honeypot. Despite this, no system is completely secure — if we ever experience a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the appropriate authorities within 72 hours of confirmation.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for any material change, surface a notice on the homepage for at least 30 days. The previous version remains available on request.
