Brief
A signed brief, before anything else.
Mutual NDA, then a 60-minute conversation. We send back a one-page brief: the problem, the bet, the success criteria, the people, the budget, the timeline. Nothing starts until both sides sign it.

Pilot kickoff
A pilot, fixed and scoped.
A two-week engagement with a defined deliverable. Senior team, full attention, no shared resourcing across clients. The pilot fee is published; it credits toward the project total if you continue.

Sprint rhythm
Two-week sprints, Friday demos.
Every two weeks: a working demo on Friday, a written plan on Monday. No status meetings — written notes you can read in three minutes. Decisions captured in a doc, not a Slack thread.

Decision moments
Three decisions, in writing.
At the end of the pilot you decide: continue into a project, keep what we made and end, or walk away with a refund. We schedule each decision moment in advance so it never feels like a surprise.

Hand-off
You own everything at sign-off.
IP, source files, design assets, code, accounts, credentials. All transferred at sign-off — not after the final invoice clears. We follow up at 30, 60, and 90 days to make sure nothing broke.

Four principles
we don't bend.
Senior people, every seat.
The person you brief is the person who does the work. No bait-and-switch from a partner to a junior. Ten years on every résumé.
Written more than spoken.
A weekly note. Decisions in docs. New hires can read the project history and catch up by lunch — no tribal knowledge.
Demos before dashboards.
If we can't demo it, it isn't done — no matter what the burndown chart says. A working artifact every two weeks.
Small, on purpose.
Pods of three to six. Big enough to ship, small enough to fit on one call. We grow by spinning up new pods, not stretching old ones.
