If the pilot isn't working, you don't pay.

Every first engagement is a two-week pilot. At the end of the pilot, you decide:

  1. Continue — roll the pilot fee into a project or retainer.
  2. Keep what we made and end — pay the pilot fee, walk away, no questions.
  3. Walk away with a refund — full refund of the pilot fee. We part on good terms.

The third option exists because we don't want to be in a relationship that isn't working any more than you do. It's used about once every twenty pilots.

Common questions.

  • A defined deliverable, agreed in writing before the engagement starts. For Brand: a positioning + visual direction. For Product: a clickable prototype or a working slice. For Growth: an audit + a 90-day plan. For Trust / Operations: a roadmap and the highest-leverage first ship.

  • We refund the pilot fee in full. No back-and-forth, no partial credits. If the fit isn’t right, we don’t want the project either.

  • Yes. The pilot is a complete engagement on its own. About 60% of pilots roll into a project or retainer; the rest end neatly with a deliverable in hand.

  • Mutual NDA before we ask the first follow-up. We can sign yours, or send ours.
